This region is not suitable for surgery due to its neighborhood. Therefore, the standard treatment method for nasal tumors is radiation therapy, not surgery. Since the spread to the lymph nodes in both the nasal region and the neck at the time of diagnosis is seen at a rate of approximately 70%, the neck is also included in the field of radiation therapy. In recent years, along with radiation therapy, drug therapy (chemotherapy) has also been used in treatment.
