If the cause cannot be determined exactly, there is no specific treatment. Blood flow regulator drugs are widely used. This preparation, which does not have any significant side effects, should be tried first. Evaluation of the effect is made after at least one month of uninterrupted treatment. The discomfort of tinnutus in a quiet environment at night can be suppressed by means of a radio. Patients may state that tinnitus is an unbearable distress for them. In these patients, it can be determined that the source of the distress is another factor with a good anamnesis. In other words, tinnitus that already exists in troubled times can cause more discomfort.
